NEW YORK — On October 30, retailmedaIQ, publisher of Chain Drug Review and Mass Market Retailers, opened a Pop-up store in SoHo in collaboration with 14 health and wellness sponsors. The opening was marked with a well-attended reception for retailers from Walmart, CVS, and Zitomer, along with 75 top health and wellness influencers and media.
"This is our first Pop-up store in Manhattan. What we have today are fourteen sponsors across health and wellness. retailmediaIQ has, for the past forty years, helped brands get their products on the shelves. This whole event is about consumer experience, trial, and repeat, by getting products to move off the shelves," said retailmediaIQ CEO Jeffrey Friedman.
On Halloween, the Pop-up opened to the public through November 3, allowing them to sample and learn more about the products from brand ambassadors and company representatives. More than 150,000 samples were given out. Many visitors came to the store during its opening, allowing the participating brands to showcase their wares to prospective customers in New York.
