BENTONVILLE, Ark. — Walmart is adding two Setex eyewear accessories to its Vision Centers, expanding its assortment with Kids Nose Pads and Ear Hook Grips.
The Kids Nose Pads are designed for smaller frames and use Setex’s patented gecko-inspired technology to help keep children’s glasses in place. Ear Hook Grips provide added stability behind the ears for sports and other activities.
The Walmart expansion comes as Setex looks to extend its retail and international reach. The company will participate in the IQVIA Global Brand Growth Forum in Paris on Nov. 4 and 5, where it plans to meet with distribution partners and explore opportunities in new markets.
Setex is also growing its professional optical distribution. AMCON carries its nose pads, while DryEye Rescue and Vision Rescue carry Setex products.
The company said the additional distribution is part of its effort to reach more eyewear users across retail and professional optical channels.
