WE session at TSE to explore How Women Lead Through Every Stage of Life

The intergenerational panel will examine how age and experience influence confidence, ambition, opportunity and personal identity

BOSTON – WE will be sponsoring a session during the upcoming TSE show on Saturday, Aug. 15 at 12:30 p.m. to 1:35 p.m. at the Thomas M. Menino Convention & Exhibition Center in Room 253.

The session entitled, “Leading Through the Ages: How Women Rise, Adapt, and Lead Across a Lifetime” will bring together women from different stages of their professional journeys for a candid conversation about leadership, growth and resilience.

The intergenerational panel will examine how age and experience influence confidence, ambition, opportunity and personal identity. Through personal stories and practical insights, participants will discuss the unique strengths and challenges that emerge throughout a career, from the early years to seasoned leadership roles.

The session will highlight how female leadership evolves over time and underscore a central message: every stage of life offers new opportunities to lead, inspire and make a meaningful impact.
