Acosta Group unveils Premium+: The engine behind better retail execution

New integrated model unites nationwide field teams with technology, talent, logistics and real-time support to help brands and retailers improve retail performance

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Premium Retail Services, an Acosta Group agency, today introduced Premium+, a new identity for its shared merchandising organization that brings together a nationwide field workforce with centralized technology, logistics, training and operational support.

The new identity reflects how Premium+ helps brands and retailers turn retail plans into more consistent, visible and verified action at the shelf — addressing the growing need for execution that can move quickly, solve issues in the moment and demonstrate results across thousands of stores.

"The plus is what makes better execution possible," said David Yenzer, President of Acosta Group In-Store Services. "It is the infrastructure, expertise and support behind our field teams that enable us to move faster, stay prepared, solve issues quickly and deliver results with confidence from planning through completion. Premium+ represents a more connected way to help brands and retailers bring their strategies to life."

Premium Retail Services will continue to serve as a standalone agency within Acosta Group providing assisted sales and training, consumer sales and dedicated merchandising programs, while Premium+ will represent its shared merchandising offering in the marketplace. This change does not impact existing client relationships, service models or field operations.

The Premium+ model is built around five connected capabilities.

Premium's proprietary 360 technology connects field activity, compliance and AI-powered shelf intelligence, giving teams real-time visibility to identify issues, prioritize actions and continuously improve execution. From an out-of-stock item or missing shelf tag to a display that does not match plan, teams can see what is happening in stores and direct attention where it matters most.

Its talent engine includes more than 60 recruiters supported by AI-enabled sourcing, helping accelerate hiring and improve staffing coverage so the right associates are in the right place at the right time.

Through Retail Concierge onboarding, personalized training and continuous coaching, Premium+ helps associates ramp up faster, develop program expertise and improve compliance in the field.

More than 70 operations specialists provide real-time support, photo review and rapid issue resolution. That support is designed to keep programs on track, reduce repeat visits and address challenges before they affect results.

The organization's National Logistics Distribution Center network, supported by more than 45 full-time warehouse team members, fulfills and distributes program materials ahead of store visits. By coordinating point-of-sale materials, promotional kits and other assets before they reach the field, Premium+ helps teams arrive ready to execute.

"Retail execution is no longer a one-size-fits-all exercise," Yenzer said. "Every store has different conditions, priorities and opportunities. By combining field intelligence with connected technology and live operational support, we can help clients make every visit more productive and more accountable."
