MANHATTAN BEACH, Calif. — The Beverage Forum will return April 28–29, bringing together more than 1,300 industry leaders as beverage continues to evolve at the intersection of retail, culture and capital.

Now in its 31st year, The Beverage Forum has established itself as one of the most influential gatherings in the beverage space, convening founders, retailers, suppliers and investors to explore the trends shaping the next generation of brands. This year’s event, held at the Westdrift Manhattan Beach, will focus on shifting consumer behavior, retail strategy and the growing role of celebrity and culture in beverage innovation.

Retail will be a central theme, with executives from major chains including Walmart, Sprouts Farmers Market and Target set to share insights on merchandising, assortment and category growth. The agenda also includes conversations with high-profile figures, such as NFL champion Jason Kelce, and a panel featuring Chris Pratt and Jocko Willink, underscoring the growing influence of celebrity-backed brands in the space.

The event is produced by L.A. Libations, whose CEO and co-founder Danny Stepper said the forum continues to serve as a critical platform for collaboration across the beverage ecosystem.

“The beverage industry is evolving faster than ever, and this gathering creates a unique environment where founders, retailers, investors and innovators can come together to exchange ideas and build partnerships,” Stepper said.

With beverage increasingly tied to broader retail trends such as better-for-you positioning, omnichannel merchandising and experiential branding, The Beverage Forum reflects how the category is expanding beyond traditional boundaries into a more dynamic, culturally driven growth engine.
