Family Dollar has promoted Bonita Price to Chief Merchant. According to an announcement on the company's LinkedIn, Bonita will be responsible for the strategic direction of Family Dollar Merchandising, Merchandising Operations, and Marketing in her expanded role.
Most recently, Bonita served as the Senior Vice President of Discretionary for Family Dollar. Her career in value retailing spans over 25 years and includes executive positions at Payless Shoe Source, Ashley Stewart, and TJX.
