CRN unveils 2026 conference lineup

CRN’s annual business conference will spotlight innovation, science communication and collaboration across the supplement industry.

WASHINGTON — The Council for Responsible Nutrition has opened early-bird registration for its 2026 signature events, set for Oct. 6–8 at the Westin Carlsbad Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, Calif., under the theme “Build Responsibly.”

The event series will bring together leaders across science, communications, marketing, regulatory affairs and business strategy to explore the future of the dietary supplement and functional food industry through the lens of science, transparency and accountability.

This year’s lineup includes SciComms Connect on October 6, Innovation Exchange on the afternoon of October 6 and CONVERGENCE ’26 on Oct. 7–8.

New for 2026, SciComms Connect will focus on women’s vitality and the responsible translation of science into dietary supplements and functional foods. Sessions will examine active-lifestyle nutrition, menopause, healthy aging and effective communication strategies in women’s health science.

Innovation Exchange will feature a series of 20-minute presentations selected by a steering committee, spotlighting emerging ingredients, technologies and research trends shaping the category. The program will be complimentary for SciComms Connect and CONVERGENCE attendees.

CONVERGENCE ’26, CRN’s flagship business conference, will feature panel discussions, keynote speakers, market insights and networking opportunities designed to foster collaboration across the industry.

“In a rapidly evolving marketplace and changing political and regulatory landscape, our industry’s ability to grow, and to continue to deliver innovative solutions supporting health and wellness, depends on our ability to align around what responsible leadership looks like,” said Steve Mister. “CRN’s signature events are designed to drive meaningful conversations and connections that will help build the future of the dietary supplement and functional food industry, responsibly.”

The event agenda also includes networking activities such as the “Hotel California” welcome reception, “Surf Club” evening social, golf outings, a fun run and walk, and morning yoga sessions.

Early-bird registration rates are available through July 22.
