NEW YORK— eos Products has appointed Soyoung Kang as President, a newly created role that highlights the brand’s continued expansion and category leadership in beauty and personal care.
Kang joined eos in 2018 as Chief Marketing & Innovation Officer and has been central to transforming the company into one of the fastest-growing mass body care brands in the U.S. In her expanded role, she will continue to oversee marketing, innovation, and ecommerce, while also taking on responsibility for commercial strategy, business performance, and profitability.
“Soyoung has been instrumental in shaping eos into the cultural powerhouse and commercial success it is today,” said Jonathan Teller, Founder & CEO of eos Products. “She spearheaded our expansion into the body care category, now the core of our business. Her strategic vision, disruptive creativity, and commercial acumen make her the ideal leader for our next phase of growth.”
The appointment comes as eos celebrates 14 consecutive quarters of double-digit retail sales growth, strengthened market leadership, and heightened consumer recognition. The brand’s success has been fueled by disruptive marketing campaigns, consumer-first strategies, and a pipeline of innovative products that resonate with Gen Z and Millennial audiences.
“Eos has always been a brand that dares to disrupt while putting the consumer first,” Kang said. “It’s an honor to lead into this next chapter as we continue to push boundaries, build community, and drive sustainable, profitable growth through innovation, creativity, and commercial excellence.”
Before joining EOS, Kang held leadership roles at Bath & Body Works, Victoria’s Secret, and The Boston Consulting Group.
Founded in 2009, New York–based eos (Evolution of Smooth) is known for its iconic lip balm spheres, viral body lotions, and shave creams. The brand has built a passionate following through clean, cruelty-free, and sustainable products, paired with a strong digital-first marketing presence.
