Grocery TV earns spot on Inc. 5000 for three years in a row

Grocery TV recently updated its core values to emphasize innovation, optimism, truth-seeking, and trailblazing, aiming to create an environment where employees can “do the best work of their lives,” according to co-founder and CEO Marlow Nickell.

NEW YORK — Grocery TV has been named to the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in America for the third year running, ranking No. 1,793 overall and No. 154 in the Advertising, Marketing & PR category. The in-store retail media platform posted 244% revenue growth from 2021 to 2024.

The company reached its 5,000-store milestone in late 2024 and has since expanded to nearly 6,500 locations through new partnerships with Hy-Vee and Giant Eagle, as well as the expansion of existing retail relationships. Grocery TV’s network reaches one in four Americans, delivering campaigns for CPG brands directly at the point of purchase.

“Grocery TV has experienced tremendous growth over the last few years,” said Marlow Nickell, co-founder and CEO. “Our focus on scale, shopper experience, and performance has driven this success and allowed us to help retailers and brands connect more meaningfully with millions of shoppers on a daily basis.”

In 2025, the platform introduced products such as closed-loop measurement and its “digital ironman” solution, alongside industry benchmarks that demonstrated the impact of in-store retail media, including a 14% average lift in CPG sales and a 22% boost in unaided brand awareness.

To guide its next growth phase, Grocery TV recently updated its core values to emphasize innovation, optimism, truth-seeking, and trailblazing, aiming to create an environment where employees can “do the best work of their lives,” according to co-founder and CEO Marlow Nickell.

“We are a team of innovators, optimists, truth-seekers, and trailblazers, and we want the core tenets of our business to reflect that,” said Nickell. “Ultimately, we want our team to feel like they are doing the best work of their lives during their time at Grocery TV and excited to build a platform that drives the growth of a new category.”
