ROCKWALL, Texas — H-E-B has opened its newest store in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, marking the grocery chain’s 10th location in the area since 2022. The 131,000-square-foot H-E-B Rockwall store, located at 1600 E. Interstate 30 at the southwest corner of I-30 and S. John King Blvd., continues the retailer’s quick expansion in North Texas.
“With our new store in Rockwall, we’re excited to grow our presence to the east in North Texas, allowing us to serve more Texans,” said Juan-Carlos Rück, H-E-B Executive Vice President, North West Food/Drug. “Our Partners are passionate about providing our customers a friendly and engaging shopping experience with the best H-E-B has to offer.”
The new store operates daily from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. and features many amenities and innovations that have become H-E-B hallmarks. Shoppers will find a True Texas BBQ restaurant with drive-thru service, a full-service H-E-B Pharmacy with drive-thru, and H-E-B Curbside and Home Delivery options supported by an expanded Curbside parking area.
The Rockwall location joins nine other H-E-B stores and two Joe V’s Smart Shop discount stores that have opened in the Metroplex since 2022, along with six Central Market locations across North Texas.

Continuing its expansion across the region, H-E-B plans to bring its signature mix of freshness, quality, and low prices to more communities as it strengthens its growing presence in North Texas.
