NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J. — Johnson & Johnson has tapped Alissa Hsu Lynch to serve as worldwide marketing vice president, diabetes care.
Lynch had previously served as vice president of sales strategy, operations and global capabilities, at J&J. In that position, which she held beginning in September 2013, Lynch lead the strategic development of key retail initiatives across J&J’s portfolio of U.S. consumer brands. According to her LinkedIn profile, Lynch was responsible for sales strategy and operations, retail health and wellness, shopper marketing, consumer promotions, and enterprise-wide process and planning in that post.
Before that, Lynch spent more than two years with Valeant Pharmaceuticals, where she served as vice president and general manager, consumer products. And prior to that, she held various marketing and product positions, including global marketing director and marketing director for China, at J&J from 1999 to 2009.
Over her 17-year career, Lynch has helped build and drive growth of such health and personal care brands as Johnson’s Baby, Aveeno, Neutrogena, CeraVe, Kinerase, AcneFree and Ocean.
