NRF unveils 2026 Class of Retail Voices in partnership with RETHINK Retail

NEW YORK — The National Retail Federation, in collaboration with RETHINK Retail, has announced the 2026 class of Retail Voices, highlighting standout thought leaders who are shaping the future of retail.

The honorees, featured on NRF’s website, will be celebrated during NRF 2026: Retail’s Big Show, taking place from January 11 to 13, 2026, at the Javits Convention Center in New York City.

Launched in 2024, Retail Voices by NRF recognizes executives and innovators whose insights and influence advance the global retail community. This year’s cohort represents a diverse range of retail and CPG leaders united by a mission to drive innovation, collaboration, and positive impact across the industry.

“The people recognized through Retail Voices act as lighthouses in an era of rapid change. They’re steady, visible and guiding others toward what’s next for retail in the age of AI,” said Jill Dvorak, senior vice president of content at NRF. “Their perspectives help the industry navigate complexity with confidence and clarity.”
