WASHINGTON – Miniso took the top spot on the National Retail Federation’s 2026 Hot 25 Retailers list, which ranks the fastest-growing retailers in the United States based on increases in domestic retail sales between 2024 and 2025.

Compiled by Kantar, the annual ranking placed Miniso first following 52.62% U.S. sales growth in 2025. NRF attributed the Chinese retailer’s growth to its assortment of affordable lifestyle products, discovery-driven shopping experience and continued U.S. expansion.

“The retailers on this year’s Hot 25 list highlight the diversity and innovation shaping today’s retail landscape,” said Mark Mathews, NRF chief economist and executive director of research. “As consumer preferences evolve, these retailers are responding with products, value and shopping experiences that resonate with consumers.”

Dick’s Sporting Goods ranked No. 2 with 48.5% sales growth following its acquisition of Foot Locker. Daiso Sangyo was No. 3 with 25.8% growth, followed by Primark at 24.2% and Five Below at 22.9%.

Several retailers made significant moves up the ranking. Ollie’s Bargain Outlet climbed to No. 7 from No. 21 last year, while CVS rose to No. 9 from No. 25. Muji moved into the top 10 at No. 10, up from No. 14 in 2025.

“The 2026 Hot 25 list highlights the shifting priorities of today’s consumers,” said David Marcotte, Kantar senior vice president of global retail and technology. “Shoppers are increasingly seeking a balance of value and quality, along with products that support their lifestyles. The retailers gaining the most momentum are those that understand these consumers and deliver shopping experiences that are convenient and enjoyable.”

Other retailers appearing on the Hot 25 after not making the 2025 list include AT&T Wireless at No. 11, Verizon Wireless at No. 12, Casey’s General Store at No. 13, Ulta Beauty at No. 14, Costco at No. 18, RH at No. 19 and J.Crew at No. 23.
