WASHINGTON — The Council for Responsible Nutrition (CRN), the leading trade association representing the dietary supplement and functional food industry, has officially opened registration for CONVERGENCE ‘25, which will take place October 8–10 at the Ritz-Carlton in St. Louis, Missouri.
This year’s event, themed “Meet in the Middle,” will bring together professionals from across the industry for a three-day experience featuring Science in Session, WellComms, and the Innovation Exchange—CRN’s signature programs designed to promote collaboration, education, and forward-looking dialogue across scientific, communications, and business innovation disciplines.
“The choice of St. Louis is both practical and symbolic: a central U.S. location with easy access for all, representing the common ground and united effort needed in these times to protect and position our industry for sustainable growth,” said CRN President and CEO Steve Mister. “This fall, we’re inviting both CRN members and non-members in the dietary supplement and functional food space to ‘meet in the middle,’ and join us at CONVERGENCE to share insights, align on priorities, and drive the conversations that will shape our future.”
Event highlights include:
- Science in Session: A full-day deep dive into the latest research on bioactives, including new findings related to the microbiome, gut-brain axis, phytochemicals, and prenatal nutrition.
- WellComms: A concurrent program focused on wellness marketing and communication strategy, brand reputation management, and influencer collaboration.
- Innovation Exchange: A series of six expert-selected, fast-paced presentations showcasing new ideas and technologies, open to all registered attendees.
- Networking Reception: “Blues, Brews and BBQ” on the evening of October 8 will provide informal opportunities to connect.
The main business conference, CONVERGENCE ‘25, runs October 9–10. It features keynote speakers, industry panels, and sessions designed to inspire strategic thinking and spark meaningful discussion.
