The leadership change comes shortly after the company completed the sale of its Family Dollar business earlier this month.

Weng has more than 30 years of retail operational leadership experience, with the majority of her career at Walgreens.
The one million sq. ft. facility, which is anticipated to be fully operational by spring 2027, will have the capacity to serve 700 Dollar Tree stores across the West and Southwest.
