BENTONVILLE, Ark. – Walmart is launching its 2026 back-to-school campaign with its lowest prices since 2019 on the 14 most commonly requested classroom supplies, and it is expanding value-focused offerings across school supplies, apparel, grocery, health care and college essentials.
The retailer said select school supplies will start at 25 cents, and more than 1,300 additional Rollbacks compared with last year will help families manage back-to-school costs. Walmart is also featuring trend-driven products, including the “Butter” aesthetic, licensed K-Pop Demon Hunters merchandise, backpack charms, and stationery from Papier.¹
The company is also highlighting affordable apparel and beauty products from brands including Wonder Nation, Weekend Academy, La Roche-Posay, Kitsch, Mills by Millie Bobby Brown, and Starface, along with vision care services available through Walmart Vision Centers.

To help families manage everyday routines after a shopping trip, Walmart said its back-to-school lunch basket averages less than $2 per lunch and offers an expanded selection of nutritious options. Customers can also use the retailer’s Recipe Hub to order one-click meal solutions, with delivery available in as little as 30 minutes in eligible markets.²
Health and wellness remain a key part of Walmart’s seasonal offering. The retailer is promoting low-cost immunizations, vision care and health essentials and encouraging families to participate in Walmart Wellness Day on July 25 for immunizations, wellness screenings and other health services.

Walmart introduced a new College Grocery Haul for college students, featuring pantry staples priced under $35, along with dorm décor, organization products, technology and campus essentials. Digital shopping tools such as College Wishlist, Dynamic Showroom and Be Your Own Model are designed to simplify planning and purchasing for move-in season.
The retailer is also promoting Walmart+ Student, which offers a full Walmart+ membership for $49 annually and includes benefits such as free delivery on eligible orders, fuel discounts, and a choice of streaming services.³

Teachers are another focus of the campaign, with Walmart offering classroom supplies, organization products and teacher appreciation gifts starting at $2.48.
