GOODLETTSVILLE, Tenn. — Ariel dela Cruz has joined Dollar General as divisional vice president of store operations, in one of three executive moves the company announced.
Tim Jagneaux has joined Dollar General as vice president of construction, and Megan Kokoska has come aboard as vice president of digital engagement.
In his new role, dela Cruz will provide support across Dollar General’s store operations network with a focus on employee-centric initiatives, according to the company, which notes that the executive brings more than 20 years of experience to his new role, including a background in continuous improvement and P&L management. Dela Cruz’s LinkedIn page says he most recently served as vice president of Central East at Ulta Beauty. Before his seven-year stint at Ulta, dela Cruz spent seven years at Family Dollar, and eight years at Aldi USA.
As vice president of construction, Jagneaux will provide leadership for the field construction teams responsible for delivering Dollar General’s new store openings, relocations and remodels, according to the company. Jagneaux has more than 20 years of experience across multiple construction industries. He previously spent more than five years with Dollar General, from August 2008 through December 2013, before holding positions with Tractor Supply Co. and Palmetto Capital Group.
In her new role, Kokoska will work to personalize the digital experience and grow digital engagement with customers. She has more than 20 years of digital marketing and communications experience, including leadership of digital customer engagement, digital advertising, e-commerce, content marketing, digital product management, user experience and integrated marketing campaigns.
According to her LinkedIn profile, Kokoska spent 15 years at Dollar Tree before joining Dollar General, serving most recently as director of enterprise digital marketing.
