ECRM expands 2011 foodservice offerings

CLEVELAND — Following up on the success of its first Efficient Program Planning Session (EPPS) devoted to foodservice in July, ECRM is aggressively expanding its offerings in 2011.

Following up on the success of its first Efficient Program Planning Session (EPPS) devoted to foodservice in July, ECRM is aggressively expanding its offerings in 2011.

New events will include Meal Solutions for Convenience Channels (1/11/11-1/13/11); Foodservice at Retail & Take-Away Channels (8/17/11-8/19/11); Institutional Foodservice (10/10/11-10/13/11); and Foodservice Equipment & Technology (10/11/11-10/14/11).

In addition, ECRM has scheduled a number of regional food and beverage events: Southern Regional Food and Beverage (2/22/11-2/24/11); Northeast Regional Food & Beverage (5/09/11-5/11/11); Western Regional Food & Beverage (8/17/11-8/19/11). Other food- and beverage-related EPPS sessions slated for next year include Whole Meal Solutions (4/12/11-4/14/11) and Wine, Food & Spirits (5/01/11-5/04/11).

International foodservice will also be covered in EPPS sessions devoted to Global Food, Wine & Spirits (10/09/11-10/12/11); Japanese Fresh & Foodservice (10/16/11-10/18/11); Latin American Food (3/20/11-3/22/11); Latin American Meal Solutions (3/21/11-3/23/11); and Indian Fresh & Foodservice (9/05/11-9/07/11), among others.
