JACKSON, Wis. — Lake Consumer Products Inc., a subsidiary of Wisconsin Pharmacal Co., has purchased substantially all of the assets of Consumer Choice Systems Inc., based in Napa, Calif.

The acquisition adds two urinary tract infection (UTI) products to Lake’s female health product portfolio.
The additions consist of the UTI Home Screening Test Stick and the UTI Relief Maximum Strength Tablets, both of which will continue to be sold under the Woman’s Wellbeing brand for the near future. Lake is also taking over all private label agreements that Consumer Choice Systems held.
