DETROIT – Avanti Press today announced the promotion of Lisa Engler to the newly established position of vice president, product planning and partnerships.
Engler’s promotion reinforces the executive leadership team at the greeting card publisher as it expands its range of product offerings to sustain momentum in its growing customer management practice.
“Lisa has long excelled at cross-functional leadership with an inclusive and collaborative intent,” said Chip Owen, executive vice president at Avanti Press. “Her focus, her commitment to both internal and external teams, and her desire to continuously improve the company’s navigational settings have influenced countless advances for Avanti Press.”
Engler joined the company in 1992. Her new responsibilities include product introduction planning, product line editing, and product partnering relationships with other publishers, prominently including the NIQUEA.D brand, which Avanti Press distributes exclusively in North America.
Additionally, she will steer product strategy for all brands Avanti Press sells.
Engler currently serves as a board member at the USA Greeting Card Association.
