ALAMEDA, Calif. — World Market is expanding its footprint in Florida with the opening of a new store in Palm Beach Gardens on Sept. 25, 2026.
The 19,368-square-foot location is situated at Prosperity Centre, 2420 PGA Blvd., and marks the retailer’s first store in Southeast Florida. The store will offer World Market’s signature assortment of furniture, home décor, gifts, international foods, beverages and candies sourced from around the globe.
“We are thrilled to open our first store in Southeast Florida and to introduce the Palm Beach Gardens community to the World Market brand,” said Eric Hunter, CEO of World Market. “We believe our inspiring shopping experience, filled with an unparalleled assortment of global foods, home decor, gifts and furniture, will appeal to both existing brand fans and new customers.”
The opening celebration will begin with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 8:45 a.m. on Sept. 25, followed by a weekend of product tastings, giveaways and other festivities.
The new store will be open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
World Market is known for offering a curated selection of globally inspired merchandise, with buyers sourcing products and ideas from markets around the world to bring unique home furnishings, décor and specialty foods to customers.
