BERTHIERVILLE, Quebec — After several weeks of construction, the 120th Super C store officially opened its doors last night in Berthierville. Thanks to an investment of more than $3.9 million, the new 36,000‑square‑foot store employs 105 people, including with the vast majority being Metro former employees, as well as about 40 new colleagues. The inauguration took place Wednesday evening in the presence of many dignitaries and members of the management.

The new team is ready to offer the community a wide variety of fresh products and groceries, adapted to local demand, at always great prices – a true Super C trademark. The store also offers a wide variety of fresh meat prepared onsite by a team of experts, a sushi counter, a variety of organic and natural products, a selection of craft beers and microbrews, and Première Moisson products, also part of the larger METRO family.

The new store located in the former Metro at 230 Notre‑Dame Street, offers a simple and efficient shopping experience in a modern and welcoming environment. The store features spacious aisles, self‑checkout stations, and a Click & Collect service.
